Energy Booster Spinach and Collard Greens Smoothie
Yield: 1 glass

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup clean collard greens
4 whole mid-sized oranges
3 cups pineapple chunks

Preparation:
1 . Squeeze out the juice from the oranges. Utilize this fresh new juice as liquid bottom for blending
the collard and spinach greens together. Blend at slow quickness until smooth.
2 . Add the pineapples to the greens and orange mixture and mix at high quickness until well
mixed.
3. Pour and immediately serve.

Variation:
Wish this smoothie to double as a cool thirst quencher? Add 6 ice in to the mix and
blend until smooth.
Can’t find collard greens? Take it by replacing with a glass of chopped kale easy.
