There is no denying the fact that a human can go longer than 3 weeks without food but water does not imitate the story. Or even if the water is not available, many liquids work nicely to quench your thirst. Water intake is one of the best things you can do to your body. People who drink more water have a healthy mind, active body, glowing face, good texture of the skin, and alertness. If you follow fashion articles, you must know that models keep water on top of their healthy diet list. It is also true that drinking more water in the day time and less in night greatly contributes to a healthy and active body.

Drinking water at regular intervals is necessary to keep the body away from dehydration and several other health issues. Have you ever thought that when you sleep at the night, which is an interval of 6 to 8 hours approximately; the body goes deprived of water for this duration? Therefore, it is important to drink more water as you get up. Good amount of water intake before you dig into your plate of breakfast works outstanding. There are many liquids which you can drink before breakfast. Best of them are given below:

As aforementioned, water is the best liquid to start a good morning and day. Drinking cold water is morning is suggested to speed up metabolism. Moreover, water will help you flush out the toxin. Drink a minimum of 500 ml of water in the morning.

Green tea is loaded with a plethora of qualities, some of which include weight loss, a healthy immune system, active body, happy mood, and control cholesterol levels. I personally am a great fan of green tea. It keeps my body active the whole day and makes me feel rejuvenated.

Filled with minerals, nutrition, and vitamins, vegetable juice is an excellent intake before breakfast. You can include spinach, gooseberry, carrots, beet, ginger, bitter gourd, green apple, tomato, and mint leaves (pudina). You can add or remove vegetables to the taste. If possible, do not add salt or sugar. It’s best to drink juices with no additions. This awesome squeeze of vegetables and fruits keeps the stomach clean, gets you glowing skin, and keeps the body healthy.

Turmeric or Haldi is no less than a natural medicine for the body. A pinch of turmeric mixed in a glass of water can do wonders if drunk in the morning. Turmeric consumed this way controls cholesterol level, works as great medicine with anticancer and antioxidant properties.

If you choose to drink potato juice in the morning, you prevent the risk of kidney failure and other kidney diseases, prevent cancer, boost digestion, minimise cholesterol, prevent upset stomach, and nourish the entire system.
