During this extraordinarily challenging time, we know that you have many concerns: the health of your families and friends, your coworkers, and your communities. The coronavirus pandemic has affected us all in ways we could not have imagined. Almost overnight, the world has changed.

In the midst of this disruption, we want to help alleviate a concern you may have: taking your US CPA exam. USA We know that you have spent an incredible amount of time preparing for this next step in your professional development. We also recognize that current travel restrictions, closing exam centers, and other factors make it difficult or impossible for you to take the US CPA exam. USA As planned. So to support you on your path to CPA licensing and to maintain your health and safety, we will now administer the Exam in India at eight Prometric testing centers (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, New Delhi and Trivandrum) We hope that the convenience of taking the test in your country will ease your burden a little while you think about your family, friends and colleagues.

Starting today, Indian candidates can schedule to take any section of the US CPA exam. USA During the months of June and September 2020. We hope that the Prometric test centers are open by then, and we will keep you informed of any developments. This is what this means to you.

To take the test in India, you must be or become an eligible candidate for the CPA exam with citizenship or long-term resident of the following countries:

• India
• Bhutan
• Bangladesh
• Myanmar
• Maldives
• Nepal
• Sri Lanka
• United States

Candidates who take tests at any international assessment center must pay an administrative exam fee before programming with Prometric. To do so, log in to your NASBA CPA Candidate Account portal and select “International Administration”. The international administration process for the India region is now available.
