Mushroom Hot Pot

Mushroom Hot Pot Ingredients * Sliced mushrooms – 100 gms * Onion sliced – 1 small onion * Red cabbage sliced – 1/2 a cup * Bell peppers sliced – 1/2 a cup * Sweet corn – ½ cup * Bok choy sliced – 1/2 cup * Garlic – few cloves (whole) * Crushed pepper – 2 Tbsp * Parsley – few sprigs * Thyme – a sprig * Bay leaf – 1 * Refined flour – 1/2 Tsp * Bread – 4 slices * Olive oil – 2 Tbsp Instructions * Sauté chopped onions and garlic in a pot * Sprinkle flour and cook it for 1 minute on med heat * Add water, let it come to boil * Add the remaining vegetables season with salt and pepper * Add a bouquet of parsley stalk , bay leaf and thyme sprig * Cook on very low heat for 45 minutes /alternatively place the casserole in a medium oven * Remove the bouquet * Sprinkle parsley to finish * Toast slices of bread * Rub garlic over it * Drizzle with olive oil * Finish with parsley Your opinion are precious and we want you to write about this Video in the comment box below and share this Video with everyone whom you know. Multi-Grain Stir Fry Ingredients * Sesame oil – 2 Tbsp * Whole millet cooked – 1/4 cup * Whole barley cooked – 1/4 cup * Whole quinoa cooked – 1/4 cup * Black rice cooked – 1/4 cup * Any other whole grain of your choice – cooked – 1/4 cup For the Stir Fry * Cilantro – few sprigs * Salt/pepper to taste * Celery chopped – 1 stick * Lemon – 1 * Chopped beans – 4-5 * Soy sauce – 2 Tsp * Carrots chopped – 2 Tsp * Green onion chopped – 3 Tbsp * Peas – 2 Tbsp * Peppers chopped – 2 Tbsp * Garlic chopped – 1 Tsp * Ginger chopped – 1 Tsp * Onion chopped – 1/4 cup * Tofu small cubes – 1/4 cup * Mushrooms – 2 Tbsp Instructions * Heat sesame oil in a pan * Sauté onion ,garlic, ginger, celery in a pan on medium heat * Add beans ,carrots, peas, peppers, beans and mushrooms * Cook for 10 mins * Add tofu and season with soy sauce and salt/pepper * Add lemon juice * Cook till it’s a little dried off * Add the ancient grains mix well * Finish with onion greens and chopped cilantro Your opinion are precious and we want you to write about this Video in the comment box below and share this Video with everyone whom you know. Quick Fried Crispy Soya And Sprout Whole-wheat Latvian Pierogi Ingredients For dough * Table margarine – 2 Tbsp * Refined flour – 1 cup * Water cold – 1/4 cup * Salt to taste * Baking powder – 1/4 Tsp For Stuffing * Olive oil – 1 Tbsp * Leeks chopped – 1 Tbsp * Garlic chopped – 1Tsp * Onion chopped – 1 Tsp * Carrots chopped – 1 Tsp * Thyme – 1/4 Tsp * Celery chopped – 1 Tsp * Crushed pepper corns – 1/4 Tsp * Sprouts – 1/2 cup * Tofu – 1/2 cup * Seasoning to taste * Basil – few leaves * Olives and pickles – few specs Instructions For The Dough * Mix salt and baking powder to the refined flour to mix well * Rub margarine onto the flour * Knead the dough with cold water For the Stuffing * Heat oil in a pan * Add thyme sprig, leek, garlic, onion, and carrots to the pan. sauté for a minute on high heat. * Now add sprouts, tofu, olives and pickles * Season with crushed pepper and chopped basil * Cool down before stuffing * Roll out dough cut into same size rounds * Apply water on the inner edges * With a spoon add the cooled mixture * Close and seal For Pierogi * Fry on medium heat till golden * Serve hot with ketchup and mustard Your opinion are precious and we want you to write about this Video in the comment box below and share this Video with everyone whom you know. Black Eyed Bean cakes In Arabiata Sauce With Whole-wheat Pasta Ingredients For The Sauce * Tomatoes – 3 * Garlic – 4 Cloves * Leeks Chopped – 1 Tsp * Onion Chopped – 1 Tsp * Carrot Chopped – 1 Tsp * Salt – To Taste * Bay leaf – 1 * Crushed Pepper – 1/4 Tsp * Basil – 5 leaves * Olive Oil – 1 spoon For The Black Eyed Bean Balls * Olive oil to fry * Leeks chopped – 1 Tbsp * Garlic – 1 Tsp * Onion chopped – 1 Tsp * Carrots chopped – 1 Tsp * Crushed pepper corns – 1/4 Tsp * Cornflour – 1 Tsp * Black eyed beans uncooked – 1 ½ cup * Parsley – a sprig * Oregano – 1/4 Tsp * Basil – a sprig * Salt to taste Instructions To make sauce * Heat Oil In A Pan * Add 1 Tsp Of Chopped Leeks ,Garlic ,Onion And Carrots * Season With Salt And Pepper * Add A bay leaf * Sauté For A Minute * Add Chopped Tomatoes * Sauté For A Minute on medium heat * Turn The Heat To Slow And Cook Covered For 30 Minutes * Finish With Torn Basil Leaves To make Black eyed bean Cakes * Soak the beans overnight 12 hours or more in refrigerator * Strain the beans * Put in a food processor * Churn till a little grainy, chunky paste is formed * Chop garlic, onion, leeks, carrots, onion, basil, parsley and add to the food processor. * Add seasoning ,oregano and corn flour as well * Churn to evenly mix * Heat oil onto medium heat * First fry a little sample if it splits, add some more bread crumbs to firm them and taste for seasoning. * Form into balls as shown in the video and fry till golden on medium heat * Add the fried balls to simmering sauce at once and coat with sauce. Rest for about 10 minutes on low heat. * Serve with boiled whole wheat pasta garnish with basil. . Chia Pasta with Stir Fry Greens
Ingredients For the Pasta * Refined flour – 1 cup * Oats Flour – ¼ Cup * Quinoa Flour – ¼ Cup * Soaked Chia Seeds – 1 Tsp * Water cold – 1/4 cup * Salt to taste For Stir Fry Greens * Olive oil – 1 Tbsp * Garlic chopped – 1Tsp * Ginger Chopped – 1 Tsp * Broccoli Spears – 1 Cup * Chopped Green Beans – ¾ Cup * Onion chopped – 1 Tbsp * Carrots chopped – 1 Tbsp * Black Bean Sauce – 2 Tsp * Spinach – 1 Cup * Water – ½ Cup * Corn Starch Slurry – 2 Tsp Instructions For The Pasta * Mix the refined flour, quinoa flour and oats flour all together and mix well * Add 1 Tsp Soaked Chia seeds to the mix. * Knead into a hard dough with water, roll it into a ball and let it rest for 30 mins wrapped. * After 30 Mins, roll it into a thin sheet. Flip over the sheet and roll again. * Cut the sheet into a square and finally into ribbons. * Boil the pasta ribbons for 8 mins in a salted water and drain it. Keep it separately. For Stir Fry Greens * Heat oil in a pan * Add chopped garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for two minutes on medium heat. * Now add Broccoli spears and chopped green beans. Again Sauté for 2 mins. * Now Add chopped carrots and onions to the mix and toss everything together. * Add black bean sauce, salt to Season and add spinach leaves to the pan. * Pour ½ cup water and let it cook for about 2 mins on medium heat. * Once it gets a little saucy, we add corn starch slurry to thicken it a bit. * Serve hot with the chia pasta and enjoy!
