Is Pistachio Bad for Vertigo Patient?

Spread the love

Many people ask this question. While the answer is not simply yes or no, the good news is that there are some things you can do to help prevent vertigo in those with allergies to pistachios. The most important thing to do is to try to avoid pistachio for a short time while following a food diary. This will help to eliminate any pistachio allergies and then you can add more pistachio to your diet slowly.

Do not be tempted to skip the food diary just to work on your headaches. It can be a simple case of the allergy testing negative. The problem is with the body’s sensitivity to other allergens such as peanuts.

Avoiding the pollen in the air will also help, although this is less likely to eliminate the pollen. Instead, look at the dietary intake and note the reaction to nuts, seeds, fish, eggs, dairy products, wheat, and other allergens.

Do you suffer from seasonal asthma attacks? Does the pollen in the air cause a reaction? If so, you may want to try pistachio nuts in your diet as a snack or for tea.

If the allergy persists after you have used the pistachio and the allergy medication to relieve the symptoms and are not experiencing any other symptoms, you should speak to your doctor or pharmacist about taking an over the counter antihistamine to reduce the pollen allergy. However, they should warn you that the allergy symptoms could return in a couple of weeks.

Do you want to keep on using the food diary? You can start by including pistachio nuts in it in moderation. After several months of using the diary, you can make some small changes in the diet to include more pistachio nuts in the daily portions.

Do you like to take hot or warm baths? This is the perfect time to include pistachio nuts as a spread in your bathwater. As a result, you should be able to decrease the symptoms that come with the allergy.

Do you like to drink cold drinks such as fruit juices and milk? A nice blend of mango, almond, cashew, and cashew nut are all great snacks or drinks for the allergy sufferer. Also, the oils that some nuts have can be included in cold drinks as well.

Do you want to take out your list allergies? A nice, natural nasal decongestant can be used with a nasal spray containing everything from aloe vera, parsley, peppermint, and chamomile to soy sauce and peppermint extract.

Consider doing this one part at a time. In a couple of weeks, you will be able to switch to nuts and then you can move onto the extra nuts gradually.

While you are developing your food diary, try adding one of these foods to your next visit to the local bistro. It will be just the thing to take away all the pollen and make you feel better.
