Topic: Urban Botanics Pure Aloe Vera Skin/Hair Gel Product Review
So today, I’m going to tell you about a marvel of nature, Aloe Vera gel, from the Urban Botanics brand. Aloe vera gel has multiple benefits and can be used in multiple ways. Vitamins C and E are abundant in them. Rich in vitamin C, E, and beta-carotene, it has nutritional and anti-aging qualities. The skin may also be hydrated without becoming greasy. And so, the endless benefits of Aloe Vera gel continue. I am used to trying Aloe Vera gels from different brands, so I recently started using this one from Urban Botanics.

Aloe vera juice:
Citric Acid: In skin care formulations, citric acid has corrective anti-aging and protective antioxidant effects that help reverse visible signs of photodamage. To assist clear pores, balancing out skin color, and softening and smoothing skin, citric acid exfoliates the topmost layer of dead skin cells.

At first, I wasn’t sure what I thought of this aloe gel as I originally bought it to use as a face moisturizer, but now I’ve used it for different things, and it’s what I think. It’s excellent quality; the consistency is good for aloe gel as well as for a moisturizer; it’s still very watery but absorbs quickly, if you have oily or normal skin you’ll be fine, if you have dry skin you’ll probably need to use another moisturizer. I’ve also used it after micro-needling, which helped soothe any discomfort (burning/tingling) straight away and reduced the redness very quickly. I also used it after I had a professional laser hair removal treatment the other day where I got sunburned, it was so painful, and the aloe helped! And lastly, I’ve used it a few times as a lube (sorry if that’s me!). Still, it’s great for this use, it’s a natural astringent, so it CAN help things contract a little more, and you only need a little bit, and unlike a lot of other lubes, it keeps things moist without getting too much to the point where you start to lose some of the friction feelings. Now, dryness is not something I have a problem with, so if you have female dryness, I can’t say how well this will work for you, as I don’t know how long it will last. But I know it’s very good for women’s health in this area because it’s all women use for all the problems “there,” especially after giving birth!
This one is completely devoid of fragrance or artificial color and free from harsh chemicals, parabens, or alcohol.
