People often forget to take good care of their feet, ignoring the rough, callused edges. However, if you want to have soft, beautiful feet, then a foot cream might be in order. These foot cream recipes are all natural, many of which use coconut oil.

Peppermint Foot Cream

This is definitely one of the more popular foot cream recipes, and can also be made with coconut oil. Peppermint in general is often used with foot crème because peppermint has a storing scent that is great for deodorizing your feet and helping the fresh smell to last a lot longer. 
For this DIY foot cream, you want to use coconut oil in its solid form, aloe vera gel, and Peppermint Essential Oil. You can also add in other essential oils, but be careful about combining too many different scents together. You just need to whip the ingredients together to get a cream consistency, then make sure you store it properly.

Shea Butter and Beeswax Foot Cream

Here is another excellent recipe for a coconut oil foot cream. This one will use extra ingredients that provide even more softness and moisture for your feet. This includes adding some Sheabutter, which is so soft on your skin, and beeswax that is grated. 
 
You will also add in some coconut oil and olive oil, along with your choice of essential oils. Vanilla is a really good scent for this type of coconut oil, but as with many other foot creams, you can also add in a few drops of peppermint essentialoils.

Coconut Lavender Foot Cream

If you want a foot cream that not only moisturizes your feet, but can also provide a relaxing and soothing experience, lavender is the perfect option. To make this type of foot cream, you will still need to start with your coconut oil, usually a couple tablespoons of it, then add about ½ cup of olive oil. 
 
Combine this in a bowl with the same amount of beeswax pastilles, and add in as many drops of lavender essential oil as you want. You should start with 5 drops, mix it, then smell it to see if it is strong enough. Add about 5 drops at a time until you’re happy. For this much cream, 15-20 is usually enough.
 
You can also make a plain foot cream that just uses coconut oil with something cream based, or you can whip the oil to make a cream consistency, then apply it to your feet.

Tweaks: Anything you need to do to make your kids love smoothies is permitted here. Get your children involved. Let them pick out their own ingredients when you go shopping. Let them make the smoothies with you. Kids love watching the food get liquefied in a blender, and the more involved your children are in this healthy process, the better the chance that these healthy habits will stick with them.

Green Lemonade Smoothie Recipe Ingredients

·         4 lemons, peeled, seeded and sliced
·         2 apples, peeled, cored and diced or sliced
·         1 cup spinach
·         1 tablespoon organic, raw honey or organic agave nectar
·         1 cup ice
·         2 cups green tea
Green Lemonade Smoothie Recipe Instructions
·         Mix 1 cup of tea with your spinach and lemons. Blend well. Blend in your honey or agave nectar.
·         Add your remaining 1 cup of tea and blend well. Blend in your apples, adding ice as needed for the right consistency.
Nutrition per 1 cup – 75 cal, 0 g fat, 1 g protein, 7 mg sodium, 3 g fiber, 22 g carbohydrates

The Zesty Three Bean salad with orange segments Ingredients * Red Eye Beans – ½ cup * Garbanzo Beans – ½ Cup * Kidney Beans – ½ Cup * water – 6 cups For the orange Vinaigrette * Olive oil – 2 Tbsp * Orange juice – 1 Tbsp * Orange segments – 1 Big orange * Orange zest of the peel – of the same orange * Garlic chopped – 1 Tsp * Crushed Black pepper & sea Salt to taste Instructions To prepare beans * Soak ½ Cup red eye beans in 2 cups water overnight * Soak ½ Cup kidney beans in 2 cups water * Soak ½ Cup garbanzo beans in 2 cups water * Ensure that they soak till the peel comes off and they are easily split. * Press and check the mushiness of the beans. * Once done, mix all the three beans in a salad bowl and keep them aside. To make salad dressing – Orange Vinaigrette * Add Olive oil, orange juice in a bowl. Mix. * Add some orange zest and crushed garlic. * Crush some black pepper and sea salt to season. * Give it a nice stir until emulsified. * Check the consistency and once again give it a nice stir. To make the salad * Cut the orange segments and add it to the three bean bowl. * Now add the orange vinaigrette. * Toss. Toss. Toss. * Ready to eat! This is an excellent breakfast smoothie that you can use any time throughout the day as well. Spinach and green apples are your green go-to ingredients here, and this basic recipe will yield ranging from 3 and 4 cups. Filled with minerals, vitamin supplements and essential proteins, this specific smoothie is simply as nutritious since it is delicious.

Tweaks: In case you are not used to making natural smoothies, it may be difficult to obtain used to the flavor. This specific smoothie tastes incredible to most people, nevertheless, you can often include flaxseed, Chia seeds, walnuts or almonds, kale, romaine lettuce and any veggies or fruits to experiment for the right flavor. Additionally you may want to put in a little more drinking water or another healthful liquid unless you like your smoothies solid.

Ingredients

· 1 mug fresh spinach leaves, ideally organic
· 2 green apples, peeled, cored and diced or sliced
· 1 banana, peeled and sliced
· 1 cup purified or filtered water (replace with your favorite almond milk, coconut milk or coconut water for a healthy flavor boost)

Instructions

· Add 1/2 cup of your water to your blender, along with your spinach leaves. Blend well.
· Add banana and remaining water, blending well.
· Slowly add green apples, blending until the desired texture is achieved.

Nutrition per 1 cup – 90 calories, 0 g fat, 1 g protein, 10 mg sodium, 3 g fiber, 22 g carbohydrates
